The Role
Draken Europe is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (DCTKI) to join our Approved Training Organisation (ATO). This pivotal role supports the continued growth and innovation of our training programmes, ensuring excellence in theoretical knowledge instruction for aircrew.
As DCTKI, you will work closely with the Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI) to manage operational expansion, implement hybrid learning models, enhance curriculum design, and embed Human Factors principles into training delivery. This position is integral to maintaining leadership continuity and safeguarding institutional knowledge through structured succession planning.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in aviation instruction with strong facilitation skills.
- Expertise in learning design and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Ability to innovate and enhance training programmes while maintaining professionalism.
Desirable
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training platforms.
- Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
