The Role
As a Production Planner & Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the effective execution of aircraft maintenance planning activities. You’ll work within a regulated aviation environment, supporting operational readiness and compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA, and other aviation regulations.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimise aircraft availability.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams.
- Create and manage work orders, worksheets, and compliance documentation.
- Support CAMO Maintenance Planning and attend planning meetings.
- Provide out-of-hours maintenance watch capability.
- Maintain accurate records and support safety investigations.
- Support audit and compliance processes, including non-conformance management.
- Apply safe systems of work in line with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 standards.
Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in aviation production planning & control – Required
- Knowledge of EASA, UK CAA, UK Military, and FAA regulations – Advantageous
- Familiarity with ISO standards and Safety Management Systems – Advantageous
- Relevant technical qualifications:
- Part 66 B1/B2 License, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering Degree, or equivalent
- Aircraft Type or General Familiarisation Training – Advantageous
- Eligible for SC-Level security clearance – Required
