The Role
We’re looking for a CAMO Maintenance Planning Lead (CMP-L) to head up our CAMO Maintenance Planning function. This is a pivotal role ensuring our aircraft, engines, and components are maintained to the highest standards and in full compliance with UK and international aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CAMO Maintenance Planning team, ensuring effective short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance planning across our fleet.
- Ensure full compliance with EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA, and other applicable aviation regulations.
- Oversee planning meetings, maintenance scheduling, and component forecasting in collaboration with procurement and supply chain teams.
- Maintain robust compliance and safety monitoring systems, supporting audits and investigations.
- Drive a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across the team.
- Provide expert guidance and consultancy on CAMO planning matters to internal stakeholders.
Experience / skills / qualifications
- Proven experience in CAMO Maintenance Planning within a regulated aviation environment.
- Strong working knowledge of EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA, and FAA regulations.
- Experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001) and Safety Management Systems.
- Relevant technical qualifications (e.g. Part 66 B1/B2 licence, aerospace engineering degree, or equivalent experience).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to hold SC-level security clearance.
