The Role
We are recruiting for a Draken Health & Safety Administrator, a key support role focused on compliance, documentation, and coordination to ensure all SHE standards are consistently met across the organisation.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a health and safety or compliance-focused environment
- Experience managing documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and version control
- Familiarity with coordinating training, occupational health appointments, or similar bookings
- Experience supporting departmental activities and managing diaries or schedules
Skills
Essential:
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail, particularly in document control and record keeping
Desirable:
- Knowledge or experience of health and safety practices
- Understanding of COSHH and safety management systems
Qualifications
- Relevant administrative qualification or equivalent experience
- Health and Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH) – desirable
