We’re looking for a detail-oriented Technical Records Clerk (TRC) to support our Aircraft Maintenance Programmes & Technical Records team. This is a critical role ensuring our aircraft records are accurate, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
    - Maintain and manage aircraft, engine, and component records in line with EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA, and other aviation regulations.
 
    - Ensure accurate recording of flight hours, maintenance, repairs, modifications, and life limits.
 
    - Manage logbooks, mod books, logcards, and electronic airworthiness systems.
 
    - Support audits, safety investigations, and compliance monitoring.
 
    - Collaborate with internal teams and external regulators to uphold safety and quality standards.
 
 
What You’ll Bring
    - Experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management or similar aviation records role.
 
    - Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA, FAA) – desirable.
 
    - Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001) – advantageous.
 
    - Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office and airworthiness systems.
 
    - Excellent communication, organisation, and time management.
 
    - Relevant qualifications such as Part 66 Licence, Aerospace Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience.
 
    - Eligibility for SC-Level security clearance.
