The Role
We are currently recruiting for proactive and detail orientated Administrator to join our team on a 6 month fixed-term contract, supporting our HR team with our international operations, with a particular focus on our Royal Saudi Airforce contract. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment where your work directly supports personnel operating overseas.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our collaborative HR team, you’ll:
- Provide administrative support for visa, medical, and immigration processes for expatriates relocating to Saudi Arabia.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including travel, accommodation, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with GDPR.
- Support the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts aligned with Saudi labour law.
- Track and manage Iqama residence permit renewals and security clearance documentation.
- Assist with onboarding new starters and respond to employee queries via the HR inbox.
