🔧 About the Role
As an Aircraft Fitter (Electrical), you’ll play a key role in supporting our maintenance operations, ensuring aircraft are serviceable and meet operational requirements. You’ll be involved in:
- Electrical maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft systems
- Supporting Line Operations, Base Maintenance, and Modification Embodiment
- Ensuring compliance with CAA Part 145/MIL Part 145 standards
- Completing documentation and using Aerotrac systems for material control
- Promoting a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
🧠 What You’ll Bring
- Recognised Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Experience with pressurised/unpressurised aircraft (King Air B350ER experience is a plus)
- Skilled in electrical loom manufacture, fitting, and testing
- Familiarity with Human Factors and Health & Safety procedures
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
✅ Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in military or commercial aviation
- Proficiency with MS Office and technical documentation
- Knowledge of ITAR and UK compliance requirements
- Certificate in Human Factors (preferred)
