You’ll lead technical development, drive system design, and ensure delivery excellence across the full engineering lifecycle. This is a user-facing, leadership role where your expertise will directly influence mission-critical outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Act as technical lead and design authority on key projects.
- Lead the development and delivery of S-IADS trials and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with customers to define and negotiate system requirements.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and proposals.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of technical capability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in systems engineering across the full lifecycle.
- Strong background in aerospace, defence, or electronic warfare systems.
- Expertise in requirements management, systems design, and C2 networks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with LCM, configuration management, and engineering frameworks.
- (Desirable) Chartered Engineer (CEng), MSc/MEng in a relevant field.
