About the Role
Are you ready to lead cutting-edge defence projects that push the boundaries of innovation? Draken Europe is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing Red Force capability programme. You’ll be at the heart of delivering next-generation threat replication systems and integrated air defence solutions for international operational readiness training.

What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll manage a portfolio of exciting projects, including:
- Integrated Air Defence Systems
- Command & Control Connectivity
- Electronic Warfare Enhancements
- Business Improvement Initiatives
From concept to delivery, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure every milestone is met with precision and purpose.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A background in engineering or physical sciences (degree or apprenticeship preferred)
- Strong experience in project and change management
- Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, and Microsoft 365
- A proactive mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills

- Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams

- Support PMO reporting and business-wide change
