At Draken Europe, we deliver mission-critical aviation services to military and government customers worldwide. We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable SHE Advisor to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental performance across our operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the SHE Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our SHE team and wider business by:
- Providing competent, professional SHE advice and guidance across the site.
- Supporting managers to meet SHE standards and contractual obligations.
- Leading on risk assessments, PUWER, COSHH, and assurance activities.
- Promoting a positive SHE culture through coaching and collaboration.
- Assisting with audits, investigations, and regulatory visits.
- Delivering SHE training and safety promotional activities.
- Contributing to the development and review of SHE policies and procedures.
What You’ll Bring
- NEBOSH General Certificate (Essential)
- Experience in a similar role within an engineering or aviation environments (Tech IOSH desirable)
- Strong knowledge of SHE legislation and best practice
- Experience in audits, investigations, and delivering SHE training (Desirable)
- Internal Auditor and Environmental qualifications (Desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
