At Draken Europe, we deliver mission-critical aviation services to military and government customers worldwide. With a reputation for excellence in aerospace and defence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics & Stores Manager to lead our logistics operations and ensure seamless global movement of goods in a highly regulated environment. In this role you will lead a multi-site team responsible for warehousing, inventory control, and the global movement of goods. You’ll ensure compliance with import/export regulations, manage bonded and controlled stores, and support operational readiness across our UK sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead logistics operations across six UK sites, ensuring compliance with CAA Part 145 and international trade regulations
- Manage customs declarations, regimes (IPR, customs warehousing), and audits
- Oversee tooling, AGS, COSHH, and GFE inventory
- Ensure accurate stock control, labelling, packaging, and documentation—including Dangerous and Controlled Goods
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes and trade automation
- Manage logistics providers and mitigate supply chain risks
- Support AOG events and operational demands with timely inventory throughput
- Maintain clean, safe, and secure storage environments

What You Bring
- 5+ years in logistics or purchasing management
- Proven experience in global logistics and customs compliance
- Strong knowledge of import/export regimes (IPR, Carnets, IOR)
- Aerospace, Defence, or MRO industry experience (highly desirable)
- ERP system proficiency and bonded store experience (desirable)
- Dangerous Goods packaging certification (desirable)
- Degree-qualified (to meet international residency requirements)
