We’re excited to be launching the next phase of our Electronic Warfare and Operational Readiness offering with the introduction of the Learjet 60 XR to the Draken fleet—and we’re looking for exceptional pilots to join us on this journey.

We’re inviting expressions of interest for the following key roles:

• Fleet Captain (expected first hire)
• Training Manager
• Type Rated Instructors & Examiners
• Line Captains
• First Officers / Senior First Officers

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of our airborne operations from the ground up. The fleet will support roles evolving towards a cutting-edge electronic warfare capability.

Base: Bournemouth
Operations expected to begin: Q4 2025
Relocation support: Yes
Who we’re looking for: A mix of external type-rated and Draken-experienced pilots to form a balanced, high-performing team.
